The 8th Royalist Cup ended in a 3-3 draw today between the Gold Cavaliers and Purple Cavaliers. Aiden Bailey scored 2 goals for the golds, with debutant Tom Watts the other. For the Purples, the scorers were Raimond Lee-Long, a scorcher from Tom Smith, and a nice goal from young debutant Shahaab Raja.

There was also a first (but hopefully NOT the last !) Cavalier appearance of former Aylesbury United and Bucks CC legend Johnny Williams (pictured above left), whose classy display showed why he has always been highly rated.

The 2 teams centre backs Darren, John Ashman, Marc, and Ian Gelley were all solid, whilst Conor Bignell was impressive in his return to the Cav`s.
